The weekly challenge
The daily loop is the gift; the weekly one is the challenge. Five goal days in the week, and there is something to claim on Sunday.
How it works
- Open Stats. The challenge card shows the week's progress toward five goal days.
- Reach five and the card offers a reward to claim.
- Tap to claim it. One reward per week — unclaimed, it does not carry over.
What the reward is
Whatever would be most useful to you that week, in that order: the next accessory while the wardrobe is still filling, then an extra streak freeze, and once your freezes are full, a rest day to spend later. It is never a currency and never something you can buy.
Five, not seven
Seven out of seven makes an ordinary week into a failure. Five leaves room for the day that simply got away from you, which is the kind of target people keep hitting.
FAQ
- When does the week reset?
- At the start of your week, counted the same way your days are — so a change of time zone does not shuffle it.
- Do half-goal days count toward the challenge?
- No. The challenge counts full goal days.
- What if I forget to claim?
- The reward is for that week. Claim it before the week turns over.
Sippy is a reminder and a record of what you drink, not medical advice. Its suggested goal follows published guidance for healthy adults, and the app is for ages 14 and up. If you have heart, kidney or liver disease, low blood sodium, take diuretics, or have been told to limit fluids, ask your doctor before setting a goal.
Drink water, grow cute cats
Sippy nudges you only when you are behind, logs a glass in one tap from the Lock Screen, and grows a cat farm — or a tiny forest — as the goal days add up. Free, no ads, and nothing leaves your iPhone.
