Novaz: Water Reminder, Tracker

Hot days and workouts raise today's goal

FAQ

Does a hot day change my goal permanently?
No. It applies to that day only. If you live somewhere hot all year, turn on “I live in a hot climate” in Settings instead — that one adds 300 ml to the suggestion every day.
Does Apple Health import my workouts automatically?
No. Sippy reads and writes water only; the workout minutes are something you tell it, which keeps its access to Health as narrow as possible.
What if I forget to tap Hot day until the evening?
Add it whenever — the goal changes for the whole day, and today's drinks are re-measured against it.

Sippy is a reminder and a record of what you drink, not medical advice. Its suggested goal follows published guidance for healthy adults, and the app is for ages 14 and up. If you have heart, kidney or liver disease, low blood sodium, take diuretics, or have been told to limit fluids, ask your doctor before setting a goal.

Drink water, grow cute cats

Sippy nudges you only when you are behind, logs a glass in one tap from the Lock Screen, and grows a cat farm — or a tiny forest — as the goal days add up. Free, no ads, and nothing leaves your iPhone.
